Learning Targets for November:

·      Reading/Language Arts:  CKLA Unit 3-- We will be reading short stories about kids who excel in different things and how they were able to accomplish their goals.

·      Math:  We will complete Chapter 3 and move on to Chapter 4—Two-digit addition.

·      Social Studies:  We will finish up Greek Civilizations and move on to Greek Myths.

·      Spelling:  Remember to look for weekly spelling words in your child’s homework folder each Monday.  Our tests are each Friday.

·      Math:  Chapter 1 test on number concepts.  Chapter 2 –Numbers to 1000.

·      Spelling:  Word work on specific spelling words—1 per week.

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!

It was great to see most of you at Back-To -School Night!  If you were unable to attend, I have some information I need to get from you and would love it if you could bring your child a little early on the first day of school.
